Jennifer Lopez Bets On Family, Homes, Music Career

34-year-old Latina beauty and signer Jennifer Lopez and her signing husband Marc Anthony purchased a new home in Bel-Air. The star couple have reportedly spent $6.4 million on the Tuscan-style villa. The 7,300-square-foot five-bedroom estate comes with a guest house/studio, pool and formal gardens.

Newlyweds also have houses in Miami and New York. In autumn (October the 4th) Lopez sold her Beverly Hills home together with furniture for $12.5 million. The couple, which recently announced their wed before the media, made round-the-clock security for their new estate, so that nobody could disturb them, ANI reports.

Lopez now also wants to leave in past all the rumors and scandals surrounding her last year’s split with ex-fiancé Ben Affleck and secret marriage with Latino singer Mark Anthony. The singer wants to dedicate this year to her music career. Her new album “Rebirth”, dedicated to the memory of a 11-year-old fan who lost her battle with cancer last year at Los Angeles Children's Hospital, seems to be the first step.

She said, according to Contactmusic.com: "I don't want to talk about anything that is personal, what's the use? You're open with people, and then they try and make a soap opera out of your life.

"Then it's not about your work anymore, it's not about the movie you're promoting or the record you hope your fans will enjoy, it becomes about silly stuff and it's damaging. It's damaging not just to your career, but your person."
