has reportedly
blocked
documentary
footage of her
being released.
The
singer-actress
was filmed by
award-winning
director DA
Pennebaker
during the
recording of her
latest album,
"Rebirth".
According to US
magazine Radar:
"Sony was
thrilled with
the finished
product. So too
were J.Lo's
managers, who
felt it captured
the Jennifer
they knew so
well."
Lopez herself
reportedly felt
the footage was
unflattering.
The source
added: "She was
'stunned' by her
depiction,
complaining
angrily about
the sound of her
voice and about
scenes showing
her abusing his
employees."
The singer
demanded that
the offending
footage be
scrapped.
According to
IMDB.com,
Pennebaker has
confirmed that
he filmed Lopez
but refuses to
comment on the
claims.
